BIKO
Training Session with
WORLD CHAMPION LEON WALTERS
and BIKO SQUAD COACH : ALVIN WALTERS
11th July 2004 : Kingsdown Sports Center, Bristol
Over sixty people attended this training course, with a large contingient comming from Wales. We saw seasoned competition fighters from the Open Circuit as well as kids training along side the adults. Everybody learnt something to take away and practace, and fit the knowledge into their normal training at their own club.
The positive feedback was such that BIKO is requested to hold more of these courses in different parts of the country, so that people from non BIKO clubs can come and enjoy the relaxed but technical aspects, taught in a friendly and enjoyable manner. We would like to thank Leon and Alvin Walters for the care and attention they have given to every student attending.
